After you first contact us, we will call you to discuss what is happening in your establishment. We will ask a certain set of questions about the details of the experiences you might be having. We will also get some detail about who might be living there, and any details on the property that you could be aware of. This will assist us in our research of the property.

If it is decided by our team that there is enough evidence to move forward, a time will be scheduled with you to come out and do a quick inspection of the property. The meeting should last any ware from 30 minutes to two hours. At that time we will be asking more details about what you might be experiencing, as well as sit down with you and get more details about the establishment. The entire time we are there the conversation will be recorded. This is to make it easier for us to create a report later.

While at this meeting, we will not speculate what is happening, or even why it could be happening. Until we experience and record what is going on ourselves it would not be fair to speculate, and researching the property might take up to 30 days. If it is decided that we need to come out and do a full investigation, we will contact you within five days (by this time, some research on the property might be completed, helping us with this decision) and schedule a time that is convenient for all parties involved for Paranormal League of America to come out and do a night time investigation. Our team will be assembled on that night, depending our their availability, and we will arrive at night at the pre-arranged time to hunt your ghost.

Once we get there, we will ask you a couple more questions (usually to see if there has been any more activity) and we will get our equipment ready. Once all the equipment has been set up, the lights will be turned out and the investigation will start (we usually like to get things started around 10:00 PM). What we will need from you is; electrical outlets for us to run equipment, a restroom, a place for us to use as a "gathering place", as well as a place for us to eat our bag lunches when the time comes. At no time are any of our members allowed to; smoke on the property (unless you give prior consent. Smoking members will be required to go to a public street to smoke), be under the influence of drugs our alcohol, be noisy or disrespectful to you or anyone on the property. If any persons feel they have issues with any team members they are encouraged to say something to either Adam or Dave. Please note that we use modern electronic recording equipment. We do not use Ouija boards, dowsing rods or those who claim to be a psychic or the powers of a medium.

The entire overnight investigation typically lasts until past 4:00AM, however, sometimes we may not need to stay that long. It all depends on the investigation. When it's time to pack up, we will gather our equipment and leave. Within two business days, we will start reviewing the evidence gathered. The time that takes will depend on the amount of evidence gathered. It could take some time to be able to review everything. While the evidence is reviewed, the research on the property will be completed, and we will see first had if you really do have a ghost.

Once this has all been complied and reviewed, a final report will be written. A time will be scheduled with you to come out and review evidence. You will be issued a copy of the final report, as well as DVD copies of any audio and video evidence that might have been found. If any more investigations are needed, we will discuss it then. If you request helping in getting rid of your ghost(s) we will then start the process of helping you.
